For years I’ve hankered after a scallop pie but have never been able to find a gluten-free version. Today whilst strolling around Cygnet I was thrilled to spot a sign advertising GF Scallop Pies at the Commercial Hotel. I immediately went in and was able to pick up a hot take away pie. It was delicious and packed with scallops, the curry sauce not overpowering either. The GF pastry was excellent too. Fantastic find
