Panera Bread - Cutler Bay

Great service delicious food. All the food I've had at Panera has been delicious from bagels to soups, salads, desserts, breakfast meals drinks everything delicious.

$5 dollars for a coffee, and thing is half empty, called for a refund they said it can't be done today.

Where to start the lack of management at this location is the definition of horrible leadership not to mention the employees that run wild to do as they please and disrespect each other with no consequences for their aggresive behavior...stay as far away from this location as possible...definitely not a family atmosphere in the least...and according to the manager at the 19101south dixie highway location asking for the corporate number to report a problem is unprofessional...

Food came out a bit slow but overall it was good. enjoyed the Coffee

Terrible customer service. The manager Tay is beyond rude. Rolling his eyes and being sassy to customers. I will never return to this location.
