Nasty, dirty!! My friend girl ordered a pick up. Got the wrong food. She had me to pick a comp meal a few days later. The manager thought he was doing a us a favor. It looked awful. Straight garbage. ?

Vanessa (manager) was yelling at every customer in the restaurant. While waiting to be seated, she left the front to grab staff members. They hovered by the desk as she yelled at them. Honestly, I was scared and didn't feel safe there so we left. 1/10 would not recommend.

What a shame this restaurant became. I don’t believe the Manager Vanessa understands how customer service works or how an overall decent human communicates with people.Very rude, condescending and treats her Customers and staff like TRASH!I just wonder what happened behind closed doors to keep someone so nasty on Payroll. And in a management position at that.

Food is delicious. Cosy, service is good. Not noisy like I like

The manager Vanessa was very Impolite to the customers and her own staff. She is too young and immature for her managerial position, hopefully the regional offices will have a discussion with her.
