Applebee's - Cutler Bay

Ordered to go and it was pretty good. I would love bigger portions but good value for good food. Bourbon chicken was tasty

My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday for lunch, we were greeted and sent immediately. The greeter that was there wasn't very people friendly, I asked her if we can sit at another table and she just looked at me with a face as of she was frustrated she didn't even say yes or no she just grabbed the menus off the tables and move to another table where we wish to sit. The waitress came over quickly took our food and drink order, the food was pretty good and the service was pretty good also. The only thing I recommend for Applebee's to do is to get that carpet clean cuz it smells like old mold. I'm sure that carp is never being clean before professionally but it needs it.

Sticky table and dirty glasses. Undercooked pasta and nonexistent Alfredo sauce. Arnold palmer was more lemonade and ice. I ate and left. My waiter was exceptionally busy but he was doing an amazing feat, it was busy busy.....still no excuse for a dirty glass but he was on it.

We had an excellent waiter who provided us with attentive service, but the hostess's attitude was quite rude. When we entered the restaurant and said hello, her first response was to sarcastically ask if we spoke English. That's not the best way to greet someone. Thankfully, our waiter made up for it with his great service.
