Horatio's Homemade Ice Cream - Custer

The ice cream cone was soggy and stale, and I regretted getting the chocolate chip cookie. I would advise against getting it as well, as it tasted old. After my family persuaded me to speak to the staff about it, I told them the cookie seemed like it was three weeks old. They apologized, but did not offer any compensation. I ended up throwing it away, and despite not needing a replacement, it was disappointing that they didn't offer one. The rest of my family also tried the cookie and agreed that it was gross, as they all spit it out.

The ice cream at this restaurant is really good! I loved the straightforward menu. The staff was nice, friendly, and clean. The atmosphere was clean, but it was very busy. My only issue was that the pistachio flavor may not have been accurate, or they accidentally gave me a different kind of ice cream. The prices were reasonable too.

This was the best ice cream I have tasted in a LONG time! Great friendly people and creamy rich great tasting ice cream. This is a MUST visit!

Great ice cream. Knowledgeable about gluten free celiac. I got an ice cream Sunday and it was pretty good. Fairly priced and walkable area, it was nice to walk around after dinner with a little dessert.
