Dairy Queen - Custer

I don't usually write reviews for Dairy Queen, but I feel compelled to highlight the outstanding food service manager I encountered. My family and I visited on June 23, and the manager was truly exceptional. She processed our orders swiftly and took the time to check in on us, ensuring we had everything we needed, especially since we had a young child with us. I was really impressed by her dedication and professionalism. She definitely deserves a raise and some recognition for her exceptional work!

Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was quick and the food was excellent. Well done!

We arrived around noon when the restaurant was not very busy, but we had to wait longer than usual for our order, which was not even completely fulfilled. After dinner, my son-in-law decided to order two Blizzards, and that turned into a complete disaster! It took at least 30 minutes, and everyone in the restaurant was frustrated because their orders were incorrect. It was one of the worst experiences we've ever had—definitely DO NOT recommend going there. Perhaps you should consider training your staff before putting them on the floor. As a tourist destination, you should be more aware of the service you provide!
