Tupana Wasi - Cusco

This is such a beautiful cozy little place (something rustic) unexpectedly changed and had a delicious hearty meal and a beautiful glass wee for a very cheap price in consideration of the location. the sweet soup was especially excellent (and I had some in the city.) the wein, without details about the type (only copa de vino) was a very decent red. the atmosphere is so cozy and beautiful and the service of the seemingly older owner was beautiful. such a nice, simple place that is worth not blinking, but a nice place to eat and have a wine.

My partner and I have pisco mad and enchiladas. If you're looking for good food in cusco, don't look at it anymore. it is authentic and made with love. the people who possess it are so friendly and accommodating. they make all food to order themselves. I recommend

Admittedly we had the set menus which are good value but not as advertised on the out of date boards. the food was ok but the waiter overly pushy to get us to take a taxi on a trip we had planned. the loo was very basic and did not flush and no washing facilities.

I don’t Know if Tupana Wasi Restaurant is still in this building. We had dinner with 3 persons in August 2019. It’s appeared to be a Mexican restaurant. Only a few seats. One chef and one waiter/owner. It took a almost one hour before all the 3 of us our drinks. Main course same story. The waiter/owner was a really grumpy man. And if we had seen the mild ceiling (because of the not working ventilation system? we would have had dinner somewhere else. After our visit all the 3 got problems with our stomach. Great food that was surprisingly cheap. our server was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. we had just left the mountain and finished a 7-day trek, so that this was my first real meal in a week. I had the trout with mangos sauce and kartoffels. the coca cola is depicted here because I had been drinking for days over a limo.
