McDonald's - Cusco

In the Cusco McDonald's to get 2 pieces of chicken and a McFlurry a simple order. I spoke Spanish in which I thought I was particularly good. He understood my first chicken order when he tried on the subject of the Mkflurries to find out what I wanted, I showed at the table and said the exact word, he went visibly mad at me by swallowing his arms in my face and his sides, this was before all other customers. I was relaxed and showed up on the board. At the end of the consideration for other customers, I chose another taste (one I did not want), he was so rude and I was never so mistreated by a company I had also given service. This young man should really be fired because no customer should leave how I feel now. Finally, when I made it obvious, I took the food away, they refused to give me a bag instead of watching me fight with all the things I went out. 0/5 stars if I could be terrible. Not GO HERE!!!!

After 3 weeks travelling my wife (who used to run a McDs in Vancouver,Canada at 21) and i stopped by this McDs, to do as all western people do when travelling and get a taste of home as had been eating local dishes in all places we visited in Panama, Colombia and here in Peru. McDonalds prides its self on being able to provide an identical product in any location around the world! This location is sub par on all counts! Its so bad I may never eat McDs agian! Our food was slow to be served even though there was 6/7 staff working in the kitchen and very few customers, when it did come out it was all cold???? The taste, and Im not exaggerating was truly disgusting the only things that were edible were the fries but even those were cold!!! This McDs , needs to be reviewed by head office, They do not offer any wifi, and close on Sundays also.Truly disgusting DO NOT GO HERE, there are many other restaurants in Cusco that are cheaper and serve better quality food!

Saw someone ask why would you eat a McDonalds when some much else to try ? Well after two weeks of so many other things sometimes you just need some good old fashioned fast food and this hit the spot , no alpaca , no Cuy , no saltatado , etc just what you know . We had two Big Mac meals both good standard and all for 23 sol . Could do with more seating and the ketchup stations not packets

We generally ordered water everywhere due to the altitude. However, we noticed that when we did order soda (regular or diet) they were terrible in Cusco as the flavor was somehow off except in McDonald 's. Don 't know why, but if you 're desperate for a soda and some A/C, this is a good spot as they don 't shoo you away.

La comida de siempre, sólo que el local es muy pequeño y cuando hay mucha gente se hace incómodo comprar ahí, el local siempre para sucio, los baños ni que hablar, las mesas siempre con comida... súper asquerosos, siempre entran niños a vender sus dulces o artesanías y eso da una mala imagen de la ciudad, ya que los niños deberían de dedicarse a estudiar o hacer cosas de niños en vez de trabajar de madrugada con tanto frío. Eso dice mucho de la cultura peruana, el restaurante debería de hacer algo para erradicar esto y también solucionar el tema de limpieza.
