Flight Wine Food - Cupertino

Cute little Italian place in a strip mall. We ended up there because it was close to the hotel, and it was a good find. Food was excellent, and their wine list was pretty solid. Staff were professional, if not super friendly, and there seemed to be some confusion between our group's reservation and that of another party. But we had a fantastic time, and would absolutely come back!

Excellent wine. Good chef, too. The pappardelle with mushrooms tasted like beef bourguignon, even though it was vegetarian. The wilted spinach salad was perfect made with just a little pancetta, instead of the greasy american version made with bacon. Prices were a little on the high side.

The food is fantastic, wine list is expanding and a lot of local wines! Love it.
