BJ's Brewhouse Cupertino

I will give zero to hospitality, zero to staff helpfulness and also zero to food. I was served asparagus that were as dry as summer grass and absolutely not edible, mash potatoes was dry and cold, steak was just fine. It makes me wonder why there is noless than one star rating

Food was decent the service was awful. Everything, we delivered wrong. We asked for a pork chop with green beans it's was delivered with frys. We asked for ice teas she forgot.vwe asked again for 3 ice teas. She brought one. After two more attemptswe are able to get sugar and straws for our drinks. The restroom was dirty and wet I almost slipped and fell. I will never comeback here.

My friend and I split a whole rack of baby back ribs ? they were tender and tasty. For sides we ate mashed potatoes and green beans, both of which were quite good. Our friend liked the lunch special of chicken parmesan and spaghetti. The only problem wasthe soup with the lunch special was served not hot. For dessert we each ordered vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup and thatwas delightful. The waiter was attentive and helpful. There is plenty of street-level parking surrounding BJ?s in their ownparking lot. This was the first time I have eaten at BJ?s but was pleased. The one area in which BJ?s should improve: wewaited about five minutes before a host/hostess seated us.

We came here to enjoy their happy hours (weekdays 3-7pm). You can get chips dips for $3, beer and margarita for $5-6, and 5 kinds of appetizers, which are of fairly big portion size. And if that's not enough, you can also get their mini deep dishpizzas for 1/2 off. Though cheap, the food did not disappoint at all. The only thing is that the parking lot can get filled upvery early.

So many drink options to choose from! Long list of beers and a full page of mixed drinks. If you're with a group, I recommend getting a large pizza. The meat pizza was loaded with toppings and had a nice crunch. We also went with some sandwiches andfries which were all really good.
