Taco Bell - Cumming

I waited over an hour in the drive-thru with eight cars ahead of me on a Monday night between 7 and 8:30 PM. Is it really necessary for it to take that long to prepare tacos? Being short-staffed is not a valid excuse. This experience was utterly ridiculous. I wasted over an hour just to pay too much for mediocre food prepared by employees who clearly aren’t up to the task. I will definitely not be returning.

Never come to this Taco Bell. We came here tonight at 7:37 and they do not close until 11. We watched the employees eat and drink and pretend they were closed. They stood there and watched us try to order and get into the building. They were trying tohide in the corner to pretend they weren?t there. Terrible service.

Johnny T is the best cashier at Taco Bell. He is polite, pleasant, and memorable. We look forward to seeing him when we do drive through. Give Johnny a raise please!

This is the worst Taco Bell experience I've had! I ordered chips and cheese, a Mexican pizza, and a chalupa. The chips and the pizza tortilla were both unappetizing and had a terrible smell! I can't tell if they were old or if they just never change their oil. Additionally, the staff had such a poor attitude that I definitely won't be returning to this location! To make matters worse, it's also the most expensive Taco Bell I've encountered. Their chalupa costs $4.59 each!

We were driving from the airport and intended to pick up food from this restaurant since it was close to our place. Online, the hours indicated it was open until 10 PM. However, when we arrived at the drive-thru at 9:45 PM, we were told it was closed. I mentioned that the website stated they were open until 10 PM, and the staff member, Mike, responded in a rather rude manner, asking, "Well, it depends on how many people we have. Do you want to come in and help?" If you're having issues, maybe it's best to stay home instead of taking them out on customers. We shouldn't be your stress relief.
