Taco Bell - Cumming

The best drive threw experience that I have ever had. The guy in the window seemed so happy and excited to take my order and it actually made me so hyped to eat Taco Bell. And also the food was so yummy that my tummy said yippy #tacobellstan favorite part was when he said “all righty let’s go!” When taking my order. Best hype man around

I order taco bell alot and I like my food a certain way. I like no meat on Mexican pizza alot of sauce. It seems to never be right. Last Saturday I ordered two pizza they put red sauce not pizza sauce. I hate red sauce. That was the second time that weeks they messed it up. I called they kept hanging up in my face. I have never in my life seen customer service like this . They would pick up and hang up. When asked managers name she wouldn't tell me. I have emailed taco bell twice no reply. I've called the 1800 number no answer. It claims to be 24/7 but is not. I eat taco bell alot probably five days a week.i can't believe how I was treated

My food is always wrong and the manager hangs up on my phone call I will get in touch with somebody higher

By far the best Taco Bell in GA. Customer service is excellent and the food is always fresh.
