Starbucks - Cumming

This location is convenient but I am tired of putting up with sub par service and beverages! Unknowledgeable and no accountability. I know it is in Kroger but that does not mean it should operate below Starbucks excellent standards! They are still the same price and products; their baristas should be as capable or more then drive thru or corporate locations. These locations are much easier on staff volume wise and their are 2 of them not one barista working all areas by themselves. I went in wanting to use my stars for a beverage but again Kroger Starbucks was never able to do this simple task. the issues in this topic again range from lack of knowledge for their stores policies on stars or how to convert that transaction into a redeemed reward. In this case she was able to determine that yes, I can use my stars for a drink but sadly she didn’t even use my reward points despite my request and conversation about it. When I brought that to the other barista (who was only slightly more knowledgeable) attention she told me they couldn’t even refund my transaction and use my stars instead. I know this is not correct but these type of Starbucks never have any accountability. Will go to corporate locations only!

The staff is so nice and fun. Great drinks! Sometimes just make sure they get the details like adding drizzle or cinnamon before you leave.

Friendly staff but waiting 14 minutes for coffee and a sandwich still frozen in the middle isn’t acceptable

This Starbucks is inside Kroger. Every now and then I like to treat myself to a cup of coffee while I shop for groceries. This Starbucks has never let me down. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like that they indulge in small talk. They get my order right everytime and have never had to wait long. I usually get an almond milk honey flat white and most recently, brown sugar oat milk latte now that Starbucks finally serves oat milk! Delicious. I can always count on them to have the newest drinks and flavors!
