Starbucks Coffee - Cumming

Quit hiring teenagers and hire people that know how to follow basic simple instructions.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. They are always fast and friendly. Seriously, the fastest in the area. I drive past the other two in the area just to go to this one to save me the frustration the others cause.

Rudest Starbucks employee I’ve ever met. Melonie that works there shouldn’t be employed where she has to deal with people.

Ordered on line and when I got there they were closed... courtesy desk said I had to speak to them when they opened. Money never refunded. Seems they are closed more than open. Will drive an extra few miles to be treated better.

Not open even after 8 AM ?? food is not good. GO there for just plain coffee.Parking: Located inside Kroger
