Domino's Pizza - Cumming

The pizza is good. The place is extremely slow. Even the carry out pizza takes way too long. Ordered carry out tonight and it took 1 hour 10 minutes. This is common for this location.

Wish I could give it a Minus 1. Worst experience. Ordered the Pizza online. The order was cancelled for no reason. I went to the store and 15 people were waiting while 2 guys were running around frantically. Then they told me I would be refunded in 2 to 3 days. That's funny since they required payment before accepting the order and charged my card instantly. MY LAST ORDER FROM DOMINOES.

I have mixed experiences with this place. They serve good pizza but every now and then they mess up our pizzas. I noticed that hygiene is not their forte. Some time wait lines are longer but I still use this place for my pizza. I wish we have better service here or some better place closely. If we have competition this place going down real fast.

Wow they are so collected for being absolutely slammed tonight. Just seemed worth a 5* review, called to check on my order and it'll be delayed, but despite needing a little more help they are just churning through orders and deliveries as quick as possible. I feel like most of us would be frazzled on the phone with folks checking in and more work than hands. Thank you.

I don?t write reviews often, but maybe this will spare someone else. We ordered at 7:30 pm, and according to the tracker it was ?prepping? for 2 hours and then ?quality checked? for an hour and a half. We tried to call multiple times but were unable to get through. Finally around 11:30 pm, we received a text that said the store cancelled the order because they were about to close. It was a Friday night, but we had a small order for 2 people. If they couldn?t have handled it, a simple call right away would have been sufficient and allowed us to go elsewhere. Don?t take your chances, just go somewhere else. Judging from the other reviews it may be time to close down this location or staff it heavily.
