Best food ever it was raw and they brought my food 2 hours after I sat down overall the best experience I have had here

I placed an order for three bacon via Uber and had forgotten to ask for extra crisp. I called the store they transferred me to a beautiful lady in the kitchen and I just got my order! Perfect! I had asked to save on containers and put all three orders in the same container but I’ll use the extras for food storage. Thank you all

I had a fantastic dining experience at Cracker Barrel! The food was amazing—make sure to try the southern fried chicken, and if you're in the mood for something beefy, the roast beef plate is a great choice as well. However, the true highlight of my visit was the service. Kayla went above and beyond our expectations. She was incredibly friendly, frequently checked on us, brought refills without us having to ask, and was just full of energy! Restaurants could really benefit from having more servers like her. She was simply outstanding! Management, I hope you consider giving her a raise! Great job, Kayla! If you visit this location, definitely request a table in her section!

We stopped by for breakfast and were seated immediately. As soon as we sat down, our drink orders were taken, and our beverages arrived promptly. I ordered Uncle Herschel's Favorite with fried chicken, and it was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection as we had asked. Our waitress was attentive, ensuring our drinks were always topped off. Overall, we had a wonderful breakfast experience.

On December 19, 2021, we experienced quite a long wait—over an hour. Thankfully, we had checked in online and only had to wait an additional 7 minutes. Many of the people waiting in line seemed quite frustrated, so I’d definitely recommend checking in online if possible. The food was enjoyable, but I did notice that one of the hostesses, Kayla, was rather rude to customers asking about their wait times. Additionally, it appeared that the ceiling fans could use a thorough cleaning, along with other hard-to-reach surfaces.
