Pizza Hut - Culver City

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!On March 14 2024 I visited Pizza Hut located at 10780 Jefferson Blvd. I am caring for a loved one who recently had a heart attack and a stroke. With a variety of pizza restaurants to select from, I selected Pizza Hut.I ordered a Personal Pan Pizza and my family member enjoyed it. I also paid for said pizza wirh my debit card. I recently reviewed my bank statement and guess what. I WAS CHARGED $189.54 . Even more interesting Pizza Hut is not listed on my bank statement; Numero Uno is and it is located in a different city. Horrible!

I've gone to this Pizza Hut many times before over the last year and today was my best experience thus far. I actually vowed after the last time I went that I wasn't gonna go back but I said why not give one more try. The gentleman named Jason Richards, who was training a young man when I walked in was very professional and kind to everyone who walked in. The store was Extremely shorthanded For a Friday.. There was a total of two employees in there, One managing and 1 in training and the orders were coming in very fast.. Watching this young man train, take orders, run outside to do Curbside pick up then running back inside to pull pizzas out. The oven was extraordinary to say the least! I've been going to pizza huts for over 30 years. And I've never seen a young man. Do literally 10 things at 1 time and wear so many hats. I had to take the time out to leave A. Review on a Friday evening for this young man. Because he is truly any employers dream. Employee to see his dedication. Impatience and the level of expertise he puts into what he's doing in a pizza. Hut, it's very commendable in today's time Where most young people don't even want to work!

The pizzas were not freshly made at all and the meat toppings tasted old and dry. I do not recommend.

Placed an order on iber eats. Been 1 hr. I called and said they run out and I have to cancel . The lady manager said I have to call them to get a refund. I said I m not gonna spend time on the phone while I have been waiting an hour and she said then umyou won't get your money back and hung up. The Adam manager was no help either. Great customer service guys ?

Great place.. very clean and phenomenal customer service.
