Bidrage med feedbackCredit Cards: They're accepted. Restrooms: They do have restrooms to use. Visitation Rights: Been here twice. The last time was last Monday. Ambiance/Decor: Nice ambiance with modern furnishings. Service: Service can be better. Seems like you get more service when you're sitting in a booth instead of the bar area. If you want a quick eat, it's probably not a great idea to sit in the bar area. You'll be gauging when it is a good time to ask for things. The bartenders will be preoccupied by drink requests. You might be sitting there for a good ol 10 15 minutes per request. They also don't clear the bar area of dishes and cups right away. It can be sitting there for the longest time. Food Of Choice: I usually get the unlimited soup, salad, and bread. Note: Ask for a refill on the salad and bread so you can bring it home and enjoy another meal the next day. For the soups, I usually rotate between the Minestrone (V) Fresh vegetables, beans and pasta in a light tomato broth, Zuppa Toscana Spicy Italian sausage, fresh kale and russet potatoes in a creamy broth. Made with gluten free ingredients, or the Chicken Gnocchi A creamy soup made with roasted chicken, traditional Italian dumplings and spinach. For the bread, I usually ask them to take out the salt. They're still good without it. For the salad, it's pretty good. After a while, the salad becomes a bit soggy. I'll ask next time if it's doable to put the italian dressing on the side. Olive Garden For Thought: I'll probably stick with sitting at a booth compared to the bar on my next visit
So the service here was amazing yesterday!!! Brittany M was the best waitress ever!!!! She was so attentive and she made sure my sister and I had everything we needed; The food was good too. I recommend everyone ask for Brittany M because she was the real MVP!!!
Dined in on 10/20/23 at the Culver City location. I was so glad to see that they now have a waitlist on Yelp. Past experience with waiting time is seriously long and ridiculous. When we got to the restaurant, I told the front desk that we were on the waitlist but she still asked us to wait and other people that arrived after us were seated first but it's ok. We let that go bc we weren't about to ruin our day. We finally got seated and greeted by Fatima who was a good host. She was efficient, friendly and delivered good service. She brought out our food in a timely manner, she got our order correctly and filled our water often. The soups are our favs. The never ending pasta bowl was $14.99 and $4.99 extra for never ending toppings. The ambiance was relaxing. I want to acknowledge that the service has improved drastically from what I remembered. The staff has definitely gotten better and the service has gotten better which is awesome. Also, the service director walked around asking everyone how they're doing and the if we needed anything, she quickly got someone's attention and they delivered quickly. I believe her name is Shannon. Shannon, please keep doing what you're doing and continue to be a wonderful example to all the staff. It is obvious of how much improvement you made with you being there. Also, the wait wasn't so long and bc if this improvement, we will definitely be coming back more often. They are located in the Westfield mall or Fox Hills mall in Culver City on the first floor. Plenty of parking available. Also, join the waitlist for faster seating.
This place is overrated. My friend brags about this place so much so we finally came together and I was very disappointed. I know a lot of people will disagree with me but I just wasn't a fan. It's decent at best. Service wasn't bad so gotta give them credit.
Parking: Lots of parking available at the Culver City mall. Recommended to park in the garage instead of on the roof. Food: This was my second time eating at an Olive Garden and I enjoyed my experience just as much as the first time lol. Service: Our waitress was super kind and several other managers made sure to check-in on us throughout our dining experience since we were seated in the outdoor patio area.
