Domino's Pizza - Culver City

I ordered the spinach feta cheesy bread, but there was no spinach, and I’m not convinced there was any feta either. The parking lot is very small and always crowded, and it's located between two businesses that are quite quick to shout at you if you accidentally drive into their parking areas.

Great food! My order was ready in just around 9 minutes. I got to see them prepare it right as it came out of the oven. This was my first visit to this location, but I’ll definitely return. The staff was very friendly and they got my order correct. Thank you, Domino's Pizza!

We ordered the Brooklyn-style pizza, and it was delicious! I think I prefer it to the hand-tossed pizza. All of their pizzas are fantastic. My husband placed the order online, and it was ready quickly, even for a Friday afternoon.

The manager, Jose Castran, was extremely unprofessional and rude. My family and I have been regular customers at this location for years, but after this experience, we're seriously thinking about switching to another location or even Pizza Hut. It's alarming that someone so incompetent is in charge, considering the level of customer service that should be expected here. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes made by him and his staff, the manager was accusatory and offered no apologies. A good manager should aim to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction, but that was clearly not the case. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially after a mistake we had during our last visit.

The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the customer service is top-notch. If the restaurant is busy, there may be a slight wait, which is completely understandable. Overall, a very positive experience!
