Del Taco - Culver City

It's a Del Taco but I've noticed the menu has changed recently. They have some really good things for sale.

I usually come here about 3-4 times a week after I get done working 13 hour shifts because it's very close to home and I'm too tired to cook anything afterwards, but unfortunately I am officially done coming here. They have gotten my order wrong 3 times in the last week and a half. Missing item first time, completely different order the 2nd time, and a steak quesadilla with no steak (3rd). I am not sure if it's someone new that's working but I can't keep coming home and finding out I have to drive back to fix the order.

I really hope corporate can see this review. This is one of the worst locations ever. This place has unprofessional staff, it's always dirty, there's sketchy people in the dining room, staff do not take your order promptly, The staff seem rather interested in talking amongst each other, talking to customers in the dining room, I've seen customers walk out because no one's acknowledged them when they come in. I would never come to this location again. It is one of the worst Del Tacos to visit.

People are fine. The food and the management that tell workers to be so skimpy on the food is ridiculous! My tacos were like qeusadillas! I almost took them back without requesting a refund. And of course, the shake machine was broken.

The new Ramen is the best I've tasted in a long time. Ingredients are fresh, only found a bit of fat in one bowl. Even better than some of the homemade I've tried. Del taco taco has improved as well. I stopped going for 8 mos because ordering thru the app never worked and the tacos were being thrown together, to the point I would throw away rather than eat. Much improved.
