Miss Minerva's - Culpeper

Everything was simply perfect. The food was delightful, and the tea was exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant. Be sure to call ahead for reservations, as it is often fully booked.

This shop is absolutely wonderful! The teas are delightful, and the food is incredibly tasty. Ashleigh is a fantastic hostess. I highly recommend Miss Minerva's Tea Room! I enjoyed the Tween Tea, which included a chicken salad croissant, cucumber sandwich, spinach spanakopita triangle, coconut fat bomb, orange cooler cookie, and a cinnamon and date scone served with jam and homemade clotted cream. Everything was absolutely delicious, especially paired with the Kashmiri vanilla chai tea.

We have been loyal patrons of Miss Minerva's for 13 years, navigating through three different ownerships. It remains one of our favorite tea rooms in the United States. We were thrilled when the new owner decided to keep the business open, especially during the difficult times of COVID when so many establishments were shutting down. The food continues to be exceptional, and the new owner is introducing exciting new tea options to the menu. Additionally, the tea room is receiving a refreshing makeover. Overall, this is a delightful tea room with outstanding food! We particularly appreciate that the afternoon tea offers a greater selection of savory items than sweet ones.

This has to be my favorite shop in Culpeper! Owner has to be one of the nicest most sincere people i have ever met. Please stop by and have some tea, you will be back.

We had a wonderful tea at Miss Minerva?s. There were many tea choices and the teas we tried were excellent. The food was perfect for an afternoon tea and very tasty alternatives were offered for the vegetarians in our group. It?s in a great location with lots of small shops nearby. If you can?t find parking on the street there?s a 3-hr parking area a couple of blocks down. We will definitely be back!
