Buffalo Wild Wings - Culpeper

I feel honestly that it should be closed at this point in culpeper. I have been here for 13 years, but it has gone so far downhill that its time to close it for good. a server throughout the escaping range. no manager. the children of the server clean tables and collects. you can't stand it. brings your children to another level.

Put an order for delivery and waited for an hour. just to find out that it wasn't delivered and my eating got cold. she talked to a manager and didn't know what to do. it has not been offered a refund and still has to pick up. this is not the only time I had with this location probleme.

Nothing speaks family atmosphere more so than clearing out entire restaurant for a corn hole tournament. Majority of players absolutely reek of weed and are smoking on premises.

Horrible service, bartender didn’t care at all about my experience there. Food came out cold and tough. The restaurant was very dirty, one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. They not only give Buffalo Wild Wings a bad name, but my experience with the bartender, gives culpepper in general a bad name. I wish I would have taken photos of the floor in the dining room, disgusting.

I saw the sign that said short staffed, I get that. Rachel, our server, handed us our bills (3 of us) while still eating. 2 of our drinks were empty at that time, third guy had to ask for a refill. She reached over 1 of us to put my bill in front of me, still eating btw. 3 or 4 wings left of 10. All while 2 of our cups sat empty. I've waited tables, I know it's not easy and at times very difficult. We were very polite, only 4 tables had people sitting at them. Never asked how the food was. She took our order, another person delivered, she dropped bill. Why rush us out? Why not maximize the tip? I paid cash, still eating. 2 wings left I think, she didn't ask if food was good, need more drink etc. She asked..do you need change? I said no, I need a refill please. Then she asked if I wanted it to go.. I laughed, i wanted another order..I still tipped 20%. I've just never seen such a thing as to rush someone out when it was all but dead with polite paying people there. I know most people are quicker to leave negative posts vs positives but I try to post at each place good and bad. Unless there's a thing there my friends will be at, I won't go back, I know I'm not anyone important and I felt that way when I left.
