China Inn - Culpeper County

We got delivery, food was decent(hot but meat was a little questionable), staff was a little rude over the phone. Told us we could not tip our driver with cash and had to add to our total- made me want to not tip.

. I was surprised walking in to get my order very dirty looking inside. Fried rice was gummy , the orange chicken was not fresh . The chicken was so dry that the thick overly sweet sauce still could not make it eatable.

General tsos chicken taste like they put bbq on dat old chicken and say served.

Found a rock.. thats right a piece of gravel in our mooshi chicken.. there is a number of other issues but this is the breaking point.. see picture attachedNEVER ORDERING FROM THEM
