Jack's - Cullman

Nice new building, but that's it. Service was terrible. 2 hamburgers took 30 minutes to get them. During 2 employees on the phone SMS. You want to hurry back to this Jack?

Honestly i would avoid this place due to the simple fact that they could not get a single item order correct i had ordered a grilled chicken salad extra everything (cheese bacon chicken everything) costed me 19$ which i was fine with got home and it was just a basic salad no extra cheese no extra bacon no extra chicken nothing so if i was everyone i would go somewhere that wont rob you of money or food

Went here to get Dinner for the family. Had to repeat each item I was ordering multiple times. They were out of most of the shakes. The staff member working the drive-thru was rude. After asking for multiple different shakes, I asked what they had in stock. The guy told me to just tell him what I wanted. I explained I had already asked for 5 different shakes that they don't have so instead of wasting my time just tell me what they do have. My order was wrong. I didn't feel like going back to have it fixed since the order they gave me matched what I was charged for but my order was inputted wrong. I was shocked because I had such a great experience at the Dodge City location. I will give this location another chance at a later time and change my rating accordingly.

I just moved down to Cullman Alabama from up north. Every one told me Jack's was great for breakfast. I tried it out and this will be the last time. The food was good, but I got the rudest service I have ever seen in food service. I went thru the drive through and got down the road to find half my order was missing. I turned around and went inside to get the the rest. When I mentioned that I had come thru the drive through and my order was missing, the cashier bagged the missing items and tossed them onto the counter and just glared at me. Even other customers noticed and shook their heads. edit After writing my review I cheked the order, and I can't believe it but it was wrong again?. They put the wrong food in the bag. I went back inside and told them this is the 3rd time, can I please get the correct food. How can operate this way?

Love Jack's breakfast.If Jack's would replace their buns their burgers would be great. Also, the chicken would be great if it wasn't hard from sitting there so always go when they're busy and you'll get fresh chicken.
