El Pollo Loco - Cudahy

When I placed my order, they served me dry chicken that lacked any flavor. The soda tasted like it was mixed with dirty water.

They dont have regular chix at that moment (30 min wait)...So, i bueno leg &thigs and the chix was dry...i request for some serranos chiles and the guy said.. we dont have it right now It was a really bad experience

Guy from the drive thru didn't even give me a receipt. 12pc fam. meal mix was pitiful. Received only 9pc that contained 1 breast, sides were so skimpy, filled little over half way, Salad was brownish n avocado was brown n passed its ripe peak. Drove all the way back n guy in charge was rude, walked away from me as I was talking, didn't even apologize for their mistake, only gave me 3pc of dark meat chicken. Asked for their names they kept laughing acting like couldn't hear me. Finally they gave me what I believe r fake names cuz they wouldn't show their name tag.

Is this a double chicken bowl? always understaffed. managers don't have a clue what they are doing. they send people on break at 12. lunch rush hours. seriously bad service.

Really bad service at the drive thru. On thursday Oct 6 around 7pm My boyfriend and I order 2 chicken salads and 1 side of corn ..The yung ladie was extremely rude when she gave us the food .then my boyfriend gave her 100 dollar bill she refused totake it ! She said she dint have any change for that 100 bill ! We didn't have any othe way to pay. So we told her she neededto get chance because that's there responsibility to have change for all customers. Then she gave us the change. So I guess shewas pretending she didn't have change. So then we ask her for 2 extra salsas and she just rolls her eyes and says we dont haveanymore. I think it was a bad day for her and just wanted to get her frustration out on some one .I have work for a restaurantfor 18 years and this is not the way you treat your paying customers. Very disappointed never going back there .
