Bidrage med feedbackGreat typical Mexican food. No Frills restaurant with a good mix of locals and tourists. Not expensive and very friendly service. Very recommended!
A pretty good restaurant and good service. The famous grill goat taco is a must try. We ordered the set of three tacos with different flavors, including the grill goats and goats stomach red and white. The stomach is surprisingly tasty, the goat is a bit to goats, usually I like lamb, but it's too strong. Still nice to try
My impressions conform with other December diners: barbacoa blue corn tortillas can't be beat...served with 3 sauces (yet meat is so good you are fine without) also the baked cheese with little seeds. Beer pairs nicely (Negra Modelo a favorite). The purple hibiscus drink...is an alternative. Cafe Olla a great finisher. I was there 9 days before Christmas..on a Saturday..arrived around 430/got seated immediately. They had some special cookies that I brought to US; flan is very good. Great neighborhood to walk around in...head for Parque Espana/bars, churrerias, other small parks scattered around. Dont miss it if you like gourmet everyday peoples food.
This was one of the best meals we had in Mexico City. They’re only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and can get busy so get there early. Barbacoa is lamb that is cooked for a long time and super soft like brisket. The meat...was delicious. We ordered Aquilo and made our own tacos. It was a lot of food for three people and although it was not on the menu it seems like you could order a smaller portion if you’re less people.
This was a surprise and one that was certainly extraordinary. This sweet restaurant specialises in Mexican cuisine and meat dishes. We ordered several dishes to share and it was incredible. The guacamole was one of the most beautiful I've ever eaten. In addition, the service... was excellent and it is cheap. Go here when you're in the area!
