Julie Ann's Frozen Custard

I made them a long time, these guys are the best and make the best Custard, a total clamp for the community.

I ordered a Sundae online and received a concrete. I don't know how they made a mistake.

Was not in years because I moved out of the state and was really excited about the best treats. They no longer serve Turtle Bars and their Julie Bars are half as big as they used to. They still taste amazing, but I was disappointed that it's not what I grew up with.

Love, love, LOVE this place! Everything's delicious. Staff (mostly HS-aged students seem to be), are often times serve a line that is good out of the door (discover the fact that the interior is a little small), and they move quickly. Even if there is a waiting time, WELL is always worth it. Apart from the fact that there are hands down the BEST-Costard I've ever had, they take care of their staff, close early in bad weather, etc. It's probably my favorite spot in all Crystal Lake!

Not the same Julie Ann’s. It’s been a while since I’ve been here, must be under new ownership now. The custard is way too firm, not creamy, and barely put any hot fudge on the sundae. The vanilla just doesn’t hit like it used to. Culver’s tastes like Julie Ann’s did in the past. We’re literally driving to Culver’s for a small hot fudge sundae to redeem this experience. If management has changed, you’re doing it wrong. If it’s the same management, you lost what you once had. Thanks for the memories, you used to have great frozen custard!
