Chili's Grill - Crystal Lake

Cori was the best waitress we have ever encountered! We were incredibly impressed by her service, and the food was also excellent.

Last night, our server, whose name I forgot, had long beautiful black hair and a great sense of humor. I usually hate going to Chili's in Algonquin because their service is terrible, but Crystal, you know how to do it right. Good job!

Please ask for complimentary chips and salsa; they should provide them free of charge upon request.

The worse when I get the waitress marissa. she tries to push everything and acts as if everything was inconvenient. I have received this woman several times with several different people like mine, and every person who was with me has thought the same. the most recent time was today. my cousin and I were out to eat and apparently she ordered her to eat incorrectly since she did not specifically begin by saying she wanted the 3 for $10 (even if she showed up) the waitress made it so much, and I thought seriously my cousin would cry because how rude she was. will never sit with her again.

So many dirty tables and the bathroom was unacceptable. Food was decent. Service was fair. We won't be back anytime soon despite all the coupons they're always throwing at me.
