Gryffon’s Aerie Burger - Crozet

We had the worst experience we've ever encountered at a restaurant. The service was terrible, and the staff was incredibly rude. We ordered a burger, nachos, a grilled cheese for my 2-year-old, and a corn dog for my 3-year-old, and there was no reason for it to take an hour! After waiting 45 minutes, we asked about the kids' meals, and they told us the cheese hadn't melted yet. Is this for real? I understand that restaurants can get busy, but none of these items should have taken more than 15 minutes to prepare. The women serving the food were downright sassy and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all.
