Mcdonald's - Croydon

I waited at the drive-thru speaker for about 5-10 minutes before anyone took my order. When I finally got through, the person on the speaker was rude and seemed impatient. After placing my order, I sat in the drive-thru for another 20 minutes while three employees at the front counter were just chatting and laughing. When I finally got my food, it was incorrect and carelessly tossed into the bag. Honestly, the service was so disappointing that I’m considering going to a different McDonald’s or just opting for Hungry Jack's instead.

I ordered the Mac Spicy Burger, but what I received was a plain tender burger with no filling. The staff seemed inattentive, like they were asleep on the job. I think they could use a day off, and the night manager should definitely be let go.

Always get a great coffee here compared to other McDonald's stores in Adelaide that I have been too. This is my go to for drive thru coffee and they are open 24hrs

Placed an order for the new Cheesy Angus burger medium meal…got home and this is what I got. $14 later. Staff taking the drive through order switched mid order and it sounded like she really didn’t want to be there. Will never go to Mac Donald’s again. Hungry Jacks is way better.
