Great sweet dough cake. The fig cake is delicious from the chart. Also, try the BBQ on Saturday, it must be the best BBQ plate lunch I've ever tasted.

The right taste. This restaurant is really great and I'm not just saying it's my mother!! Everything is well combined from delicious food to jammin watercolor jazz music!!! If you are looking for a variety of home made Louisiana cooking, stop at neesie's you not regregret it!!!!!

Maybe my favorite hamburger. I'm not very for hamburgers, but I've eaten about 5 of here last month. Also a lot of hype belongs to the red beans and rice. Very good little restaurant near Western Ave.
