Chili's Grill - Crowley

Very chill vibe. Becoming a regular at this particular location. Had a slip up on the food. I like the way it was cleared up! People make mistakes. The way you fix it means the most! Other than that. Every meal ordered was how it was supposed to be.

It really just depends on the staff at certain times of day that you order/pick up the food. At least for the past year. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes not so much. Major hit miss. For example, the chicken crispers are supposed to becrispy yet they taste look baked. The Mexican street corn looks like they just dipped it in mayonnaise wrapped it in foil.

I ordered lunch today and went to pick it up. I noticed a young lady preparing the food; she was eating her lunch, licking her fingers, and then handling the drinks and food without wearing gloves.

I visited a restaurant in Crowley and had a disappointing experience. The lettuce in my salad was brown and wilted, and the waitress completely forgot about it until my entree was served. Additionally, the hostess who seated me appeared annoyed when she had to wipe down a table, and she didn’t smile at all. Overall, it wasn’t the most welcoming atmosphere.
