Very good reactive boss and bosses too he knows their job. The dishes are very well and well cooked the couscous a marvel better than in the specialised restaurants I have more than to go back to teter the other dishes after the couscous gourmet coffee all for a reasonable price.I recommend. I'm sure there's a lot of soissone's restaurant that doesn't equal this level of cuisine and service
