Upham's House Of Pizza - Crossing

Food is yummy. Delivery is fast. They forgot my fries and I called to have it refunded instead of making an additional delivery. They agreed but I was never refunded. I get they are busy, but thats bad for business. My first and last time ordering.

I stopped buying from this place a while ago for many reasons. I once saw them yell at a teen girl just because she wanted them to exchange her dessert, she was very polite abt it too. The one they gave her was not edible. I saw it! They've been on the news for their racist behavior. Pay attention to the way the owner replies to the reviews. Rude, passive aggressive, and they have even replied to many reviews by simply using copy paste. I can tell they don't like bad reviews. Nobody does but that should encourage the owners staff to do better. Not get defensive.

I order a seafood platter and the was not good there was only two shrimp and three pieces of fish and clam strips everything was not good I spent 44 dollars I put it's in the trash because there was no taste everything was hard I called to complain about the order and the guy was very rude he said that he checked the order.

I wanted to make you aware that when I tried to sign up for daily specials, after entering my email I get this message Your API key may be invalid, or you 've attempted to access the wrong datacenter . Last Saturday night, I called the store and one of your employees told me that there were better deals on website. After many failed attempts, I told him that I 'm having trouble accessing the deals and he was very rude and inconsiderate. He made me feel as if I am stupid and even point out that this is 2024 and that it 's not difficult at all. By the way, Pizza was too oily, it 's not like it used to be. Please do better. I wish I could give 0 star

So this will be my last time ever ordering from here… multiple points on why… 1)the service was completely unprofessional and rude 2)Both items I ordered were cold burnt or soggy in some way. 3)The delivery guy very judgmentalThe delivery guy continuously insinuated that I was trying to take the food without paying… saying he didn’t have change but definitely showing a wad full of money enough to change anyway. I had my 7 year old daughter and niece by me the man looking us up and down acting like someone is trying to steal from him. What is even worse though is that the food is legit trash… pizza cold as ever…. The sandwich has burnt old bacon on it and if it isn’t old it sure is really hard the chicken is soggy the bread is soggy and mushy…. All the way around my experience was horrible at least if the food was better it wouldn’t have been that bad… I can’t even eat the sandwich 35$ in the trash… thanks (the pizza was just cold as hell not burnt or anything)
