Sweet Rice Jp Thai Sushi - Crossing

I clearly said if peas remove and then asked if they could read ingredients and read all didn't mention peas. So irritated had to pick my food of peas. Time consuming if food was free be different. But disappointed and will not be back it was almost $20 and they should cook to your liking of customer ???? likes. Food wasn't free so I should got what I wanted. Won't go again. I tried this place will go back to house of siam that won't or ever mess my thai food up.

Not satisfactory. We ordered pad Chai chicken and green curry. Pad Thai was using the wrong noodles, texture was dry and clumpy, no greens, way too much bean sprouts in my opinion. Taste wise quite nothing to write home about. Green curry was okay but lacked depth, aubergine was not fully cooked through but hey its hard to mess up a green curry... Right? Solid 3/5 for me. Not very authentic

I have been ordering from this restaurant over the last few months. I live an hour away, so driving there is quite a distance there and back. My last two orders were HORRIBLE. Because I really like the place, I never complained. I spend almost $100 every order. 2 weeks ago my Sushi tasted as if it had salt on 1 or two rolls. This Friday, my mango with sticky rice was less than desirable. I am not sure if it was just not cooked properly, but it did not taste orlook like sticky rice (see photo). I spoke with the manager Bit today and he told me because I did not call right away or bring the meals back he would not give me a credit or refund. I've spent a lot of money with this company and I willnot be back again. I asked if he'd rather lose a loyal customer than do the right thing. He chose to lose me as a customer because 3 days have passed. I have a very busy schedule, and was so disgusted with the food, why bother calling? Today, I called because I actually like the place and thought he'd rectify the situation. He did not. I will find someplace else to eat that values it's customers. This food has gone downhill.

I used to love this place and their food and I?ve been ordering from here for a very long time. But today I found a bug on my leftover basil fried rice I ordered for dinner on 4/28 through Uber Eats. This is very unacceptable. Cleanliness is the most important thing when dealing with food and clearly you can see they are lacking majorly in that department. I am literally traumatized and makes me nervous to eat at any restaurant.

The food here is delicious, reasonably priced, and fairly portioned (I always bring home leftovers . And if something says it has vegetables?they mean it and don?t skimp! There are only a few tables, but there is ample bar/window seating so it?s luck of the draw if you get a table (or just go in at 5:30 like we did! . As a repeat customer, I definitely recommend this restaurant for Thai food.
