The process for purchasing parking online and using their system to get in and out was very simple and user friendly.The elevators are on the cramp side.

Got scammed by the place. I stayed less than 10min (their grave period because I wanted to get out). He yelled at me, slapped my phone and forced me to pay $14...

I found the app to scan on entry and exit to be easy to use. The garage is convenient to the downtown area. And they have 24 hour security monitoring it.
