Mastro's Ocean Club - Crossing

I got the sea bass and was good , nothing extraordinary and so was the sirloin steak . What I didn't like at all was the tuna tartare . It was flavorless that dish although it had good presentation but that is meaningless if it doesn't taste good.

Val and Chloe make every visit the best! Always exceptional service. Best food you will find. Drinks are great and can't beat the ambiance. We are regulars for a reason! Can't go wrong here. Recently came with the family- a party of 7 and everything is perfect!

The food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere very pleasant. Our waiter Gabby was amazing. She truly is very knowledgeable in the menu and gave my girl friend and I great recommendations. Would definitely come back.

Wowza! This place is so over rated. I disliked my entire meal. Broccolini came cold in a blanket of parmesan cheese. Caesar salad tasted like it came from a bag at your local supermarket. Creamed corn full of cream. Just awful. Scallops came with 3 oversized pieces of bread I already indulged in from the break basket. Worse was the clientele. Shady group of characters at best. There is a write up on their website stating strict dress code NOPE! You can't believe what people were wearing the level of dress they accept. Walking out at 7 pm to the valet I felt so unsafe. There were the shadiest groups of people in the street hanging out on the corners looked like local gangs at best. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

I have dined at Mastros in NY, Vegas, Beverly Hills and this location is not nearly the same. We had a reservation at 10 and after being seated we didn't get a server for 12 minutes. When we were greeted by her we were told we had to hurry up and order as the kitchen was closed! We rushed to order drinks and then asked the server if we could out in the food order only to have her say she needed to get the drinks first? Our food was not cooked correctly at all and horrible over all to the point we are 2-3 bites of the steak and salmon. When the server finally came back after we were finished she sled how was everything. I explained the steak was way over cooked, not charred and the salmon was cold when it came out. She said sorry and gave us the check. $400 plus later we ended up eating steak shake an hour later. Won't ever go back to this location and Laundry Group should make some changes here for sure
