Liberty Diner - Crossing

Saw some neighborhood favorites..my food, I ate it! Not bad. The coffee could be stronger.

Great little spot for breakfast, coffee good and food was excellent. Service was great too.

Second time here within 6 months. Last time they were good and I vowed I would give them another try. Last time there was no table service, I sat at the counter then. The place was lively and the food was decent. This time I ordered veggie omelet with shelled eggs and beef sausage with home fries and grits on the side, plus coffee. Then I sat down. Prompt service from Ms. Edna..she's on point. She's personable, has great multitasking skills, and tries to anticipate your wants in a timely fashion. The only issue I had was with the home fries. Some of them were undercooked and you need to use a generous amount of salt/ pepper for the grits. If I'm in the area, I will stop in for a decent, generously proportioned meal. Breakfast or lunch. Solid choice

Liberty Diner and the owner are trash... I ordered fish and grits... I got a half of piece of fish and grainy grits for $23. When I called the owner yelled at me and told me that was her price... A total freaking rip off... Waste of time and money....

Stopped for a BLT sandwich for lunch. Not bad but stingy on the fries and I don't think there was a single fry longer than an inch long
