Kfc - Crossing

Scorching chicken sandwich was very good. I hope it is here to stay. The hot wings were also good; KFC hot wings are underrated. The 4 piece chicken was okay. Some of the pieces were quite dry. Also, 2 pieces were tiny pieces, so I felt a bit ripped off as it was more like a 3 piece at most.

So I went there last week. I have been stewing about this since then. You expect people to pay over $40 for what seemed like 3 day old chicken. I bought the chicken sandwich, honestly you could have shattered the window with it, it was that dry and hard. Also if I ask for potato salad I expect potato salad not macaroni. No sauce for the popcorn chicken (which was the best part). Honestly if you don't want to listen to the customers order maybe be in the back cooking

I?m giving 1 star because I cannot leave zero. Have been eating KFC for decades and have never experienced such low grade chicken. Chicken looked like it had been double fried, bones were black with broken shards(choke hazard) throughout. Reached out to customer service but never received a call back. I do not recommend this location. Goodbye KFC!

Funny story to tell: We ordered something not even 30 seconds ago and then wanna switch to something else. The cashier says we can?t switch or cancel order because they already making it. excuse me?It?s just not even 30 seconds ago? And I never heard a fast food store says they specially making something for customer. Like did you just killed that chicken for me so I can?t not return or switch??? ????????????????Omg

Worst service ever. The lady who takes the orders at the drive-through keeps yelling on the mic. The first time the fries box was half full, today, I ordered 14 pieces of chicken bucket and I am so disappointed! The chicken was double cooked almost mashed, we found a long hair in the bucket!!! Called the manager Shiva and he didn 't care. But unfortunately, this is how you lose customers. I personally, will never order from here again.
