Bidrage med feedbackExcellent experience at 224! came around 12 on a sunday afternoon and were seated immediately. menu has a mix of traditional breakfast items and some speciality dishes. the southwest omelette was to die for with the green goddess sauce and the crispypotatoes. would definitely come back here if i’m in boston again soon!
Small place, good menu, had the Mac and Cheese with braised short rib. Tasty flavors. Would recommend a visit. Prices are fair, but on the more expensive side.
Tasty food; interesting, neighborhood ambiance; the outdoor seating is pleasant but the cobbled ground under seating makes for odd positioning. Lamb frites was extremely tasty but very unevenly cooked (medium well outside to mostly medium rare inside) andthe cut of lamb needs warmer temp to be cut well with the utensils provided and not swallowed whole. Definitely consideringreturning, as it's a best option on the side of town.
Food 10/10 Drinks 10/10 Ambiance 10/10 Heard this place was a secret gem and it’s definitely a gem! My boyfriend had short rib and loveeeed it, wished it was larger but because of how good it was he didn’t care! The cod was perfectly cooked andflavorful. Only in town for a few days but on our next trip we will definitely be stopping here again! Ordered the Gin Blossomand it was light and tasty, the Old Friend was a great twist on a Manhattan. (Definitely took a few bites before taking apicture since it looked so good)
The home of the greatest breakfast potatoes of all time. We came for brunch but would definitely come back for drinks or dinner. What a great space! So many outdoor seating options! Great neighborhood destination but is also worth a drive!
