Schlotzsky's - Cross Roads

I'm so glad that this new place was opened near me! The staff was super friendly, and as always the sandwiches were amazing. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are ever in the area and looking for some of the best sandwiches out there!

My first experience with their drive thru. I ordered and had my food within 5-6 minutes. Sandwiches were perfect, Broccoli cheese soup was tasty as usual. They even gave me additional cookies because they thought I had waited too long. The lady in the car in front of me must have had a bad day. She stopped driving to call the manager. I heard her scream that she had waited for her food for 14 minutes... barely true when I was standing behind her all the time. I'd probably have had my food in 4-5 minutes if she didn't stop the drive. I hope your day has a better stranger.

People were really nice and the food is delicious and the Cinnabon is dying for!
