Shipley Do-nuts - Crosby

The donuts here are always really good. The driver-thru quick and the staff is always greeting you nicely. This is the only place i come when i want donuts.

Have always loved their food but this week I had a bad experience. My husband stopped while he was at work to use the restroom. He went to the counter to order when he was done. The girl at the counter immediately told him in a rude way that this isn't a public restroom. He was literally at the counter to purchase something. He decided to leave after he was treated so rudely. Not sure this particular Shipley's is worth our time or money.

Place is dirty. Kolache are $3ea with hard overcooked bread and a large orange juice that is $3 is only an 8oz. Avoid!

So are you open at 4:30am or not? Online ordering went through but no one fulfilled my order until I went in. Half of what I wanted wasn't available.

Service was terrible, tried getting a refund on donuts that were hard and was told they were supposed to be that way. Assistant manager was no help either, ended up going to Garth and I-10 Shipley’s. We will not be going back to the Crosby location anymore.
