Extremely helpful. As soon as I asked for the gluten free wrap the lady asked if I was coeliac. Once stating I was she instantly changed her gloves and got someone else to serve while she got my wrap and proceeded to take it out the back to make it with all fresh ingredients and in a separate space to avoid cross contamination.
