Arby's In Wheel - Crofton

We absolutely love our Arby's in Elm Grove,WV. The employees are terrific and understand every situation is different. I have to call in our order because my husband has a hearing problem. He goes thru the drive-thru and when they ask him politely how can they help you, he can just say he is picking up the order for Wakefield. Today I was privileged to talk to a terrific young man named Kenny. He was so kind and made sure that he had the order correct. Everything went great when my husband went to pick up the order. The young woman who waited on my husband treated him very nice and I am so sorry that I didn't get her name. So if you live close by or your passing thru our area on Rt.70 take the exit for Arby's in Elm Grove and stop there to eat. You will be treated really nice and I know you will enjoy their food because the menu has something for everyone and I know that they always have specials because it says what they are on the sign out by National Road that says Arby's of course.

Never get my name right. Food is cold. Order never right. Bridgeport alot better Arby's to go to.

Pepsi would go better with your sandwiches than coke. Counter lady made me feel like we were interrupting her day. No smile. No personality. Great sandwiches.

They need to start wearing gloves when making food that is very unsafe

Service was faster than the usual wait time. Sandwich was good but messy. I wish they wouldn't put barbecue sauce on their roast beef cheese sandwiches unless u ask for it... but still really good.
