Whataburger - Crockett

Young kid walking in going behind counter from outside , employees not once washed hands rude. Management best get it together. Nasty

Never get my order right at night. Breakfast is always good and they always get the order right. Edit 1: Again order at night wasn't correct, just wanted egg bacon sandwich no cheese, got a sausage with cheese and there was plenty of staff at night.

I ordered a number 2 with cheese, along with large onion rings and a large sweet tea. I requested the onion rings to be extra crispy, but that note wasn’t included on my order—despite me mentioning it three times to ensure they understood. The burger was mediocre; the bun wasn’t even warm, and the meat was lukewarm. What has happened to this Whataburger in Crockett? It used to be a fantastic place with good food. I spent $16.41 for just a double cheeseburger, large onion rings, and a large drink. That's quite a bit of money these days, especially for food that wasn't hot and didn’t meet my requests, along with poor service. Does anyone know who owns this Whataburger in Crockett? They definitely need to make some improvements. The Lufkin Whataburger is ten times better than this one.

The food was good, though it took some time for my order to arrive. At one point, I wondered if they might have forgotten about me, haha. Overall, it was a positive experience.

This Whataburger location was fantastic. The food was delicious, the parking situation was convenient, but the service truly stood out as excellent. It was our first time visiting this particular spot, as we were just passing through. However, if we find ourselves in the area again, we’ll definitely make a stop for a meal. Our favorite order is the number 4, paired with onion rings and a chocolate milkshake. Occasionally, we also get a side of French fries. We highly recommend this restaurant!
