The carvery here is delicious and perfectly cooked, featuring a selection of three meats along with a great variety of vegetables. Don’t forget to leave some space for the excellent homemade desserts—they're a must-try! Unfortunately, the carvery may be closing at the end of April or in May, so if you want to experience it, be sure to go soon.

The food was fantastic, and the waitress was wonderful, along with the charming owner.

We came across this restaurant while passing through Crewkerne last night, and it felt like stepping back in time to the 1970s. We loved every moment! The carvery was delicious, the house wine came beautifully served in a carafe, and the highlight was the dessert trolley. It offered an impressive variety of scrumptious homemade desserts to choose from. It's truly a hidden gem!

What a gem! We stopped in Crewkerne on our way to Lyme on a chilly October night and decided to give this place a try. They serve traditional carvery accompanied by a tempting dessert trolley! The food was delicious, and the service was warm and welcoming.
