Pizza Hut - Creve Coeur

We ordered a thin crust sausage pizza and cheese sticks. Unfortunately, the pizza was dry with very little sauce or cheese, and the cheese sticks were dark and dry with minimal cheese. I spoke with the manager to express my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, but was told that refunds are not given. Despite my insistence, the manager insisted on remaking the order, explaining that they now cook their pizzas for longer periods which resulted in the dryness. Unfortunately, the remade pizza and cheese sticks were no different. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and the poor quality of the food. I will not be ordering from this location again and may contact higher authorities or corporate. I urge others to avoid this establishment as well. I would give this location no stars and a thumbs down.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. I always order my lunch online for work, and when I went to pick up my wings on Wing Wednesday, they were not ready. The staff was unhelpful.

He offered to remake them or order something else, but I declined. The pizza and cheese sticks came out the same way again. He refused to give me a refund, claiming it was not possible. I will never order from this place again. I plan to contact a higher authority or business in the morning to report this terrible customer service. The quality of the food reflects the poor service here. It is no surprise that this place has a 50% rating. If a customer is unhappy and cannot be satisfied, they should receive a refund, even if it means losing money. I do not recommend this place at all. I wanted to give it zero stars, but I had to give it one star. Avoid this place at all costs.
