Food was bland. Didn't have several items from menu. Stars we're only given for the young boys giving food who were friendly and smiling when working. Good job, guys!

Hour long wait for one sandwich with soup, and it was gross when we got it. Front of house employees seemed like they were trying, but completely overwhelmed. Everyone was asking for refunds or just straight up leaving. It was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Our food sat in the window for 10+ minutes before it was brought to us. The restaurant wasn?t even that busy, and it was this chaotic. I worked for Mcalisters through high school and college, never have seen it this bad before. Sad.

Creve Coeur MO location, short hand on staff. Get out of baked potatoes after we had already ordered. When we got our food, it was very good.

The staff was friendly, but it was disappointing to come and want my favorite soup and be told that this place does not chicken and tick. The menu should be consistent across all locations. I went ready to spend a good amount of money because I had an operation and can only eat soup and leave disappointed by a soup that is not something I usually order.
