The staff is really nice and the food and coffee are consistent

Not too serious, but the hash browns tasted like iron heat and were squashed. I think they got cold and reheated. Also, the toppings on drinks are scarce. Maybe it was just timing. :

Been coming here for over a decade. stopped by at 745ish to grab a hot decaf coffee and a large hot matcha latte. gave me an ice old decaf which honestly tastes like water and gave me a medium matcha. when i asked for a new coffee and a correct size latte, he said he heated up the coffee and poured the latte in a large cup without actually giving me what i paid for. so sad that you can't even treat yourself anymore.

Excellent customer service , great coffee, and sweet goooodddiiieeesss, love it, and always bring my family and friends to this place,,,way to go y'all ‍ ‍

This location really needs a revamp and lessons in customer service!!! Ordered a large and small hit coffee. Handed it out to me and as I 'm holding cups, I can tell they are not hot. I opened and sipped each. Small was cold. Lg was tempid. By this time they left the window, I tried to honk, no attention. I had to get out and knock on window. They come back, I tell them their cold. The guy looks at me and says no they 're not. I said I sipped them, they are not. He took them with attitude. When remade he comes back and says here No I 'm sorry about that, or a polite here you go, nope very rude about it. Please clean up the customer service at this location.
