They forget at least one item you pay for every time you go

Terrible. we have managed to go to the breakfast after cresson, because eating was better and service great. not this time. our entire order was wrong. the waiting period was very long. I know it's hard to get good workers, but I've been practicing. that was not acceptable. we have to go to duncansville next time. very disappointing .

The manager turned out when we were in order today, and screamed out of the kitchen, as she hates to be the solo manager on layer and she is tired of this (not sure what she meant). poor cashier looked scared. you could hear how to throw things around. we got the wrong size of the **** (ordered medium and got small) and both burgers we ordered were super pink in the middle and wrong made out, as we ordered that burgers can be boiled to temp and still be pink, but mcdonald’s is to eliminate all pink in their patties. I was afraid to go back to the register, so not? normally like this place, our cashiers are really nice in the way. but this was 100% inappropriate behavior for a manager, especially with several customers in the building.

Very slower service I could have baked a cake until the food was ready.

The cresson location is by far the worst. I've been on both ends a customer and an employee . The attitude from most of the employees is just wrong. You don't treat people like garbage. The grill is never cleaned the gunk around it was nasty I wouldn't even let me dog eat that. The fryers are gross ..the cleanliness of this facility is just completly disgusting. Refuse to eat there since employment. No wonder people get sick. They screw up orders and give attitude over not paying attention. It's pointless to even stop at such location ..you try to speak with the manager and she thinks the cleanliness is acceptable.
